TalentReflect™ is an online diagnostic tool that identifies your most important strengths and personal talents. The test will help you to discover and name your 5-7 main strengths.

The study includes two stages: self-assessment and 360^o feedback. In the first step you will see how you perceive yourself. Next, the test will diagnose whether those who work with you also see the same characteristics in your behaviour. For evaluators, the test is free.

The report will show your strengths divided into groups:
